Dr. Dave has been credited with being an instrumental
part of numerous team successes with many of
the New Jersey area colleges including Rutgers,
The College of New Jersey, Princeton, Seton Hall,
Monmouth, St. Peters and Farleigh Dickinson.
Over the past two decades, Dr. Dave has worked
with men and women in a wide variety of sports
including soccer, lacrosse, football, wrestling,
basketball, volleyball, golf, baseball, softball,
equestrian, archery, and track and field.
Currently Dr. Pilchman guides ADI athletes through
the many aspects of the mental side of sports
in private and small group sessions as well as
periodic seminars targeting important psychological
aspects of sports.

tools to develop a focused and concentrated approach
to games and practice. His ability to develop confidence
in players and his ability to understand the obstacles
