Targeted Programs

ADI Strength Program – Strength Program for any athlete that wants to get to the next level. The program concentrates on increasing relative body strength (strength for your bodyweight) and enhancing the nervous system firing to make you more powerful! ADI offers small group, team and private training sessions.  

Goalkeeper Training Program – Comprehensive training programs that develop goalkeepers from ages 9 and up. The programs stress the mastery of the abilities needed to be able to play the position. ADI offers both small group and private sessions.

Hockey Specific Strength – Strength Program designed specifically to improve all movement skills within the game of hockey. ADI offers Group Training and Individual Training.

Soccer Specific Strength – Strength Program designed specifically to improve all movement skills within the game of soccer. ADI offers Group Training and Individual Training.

Speed Skill Program – This program is for the soccer players who want to get to the next level. We concentrate on high speed agility drills while involving the ball with one or two touches. This combination maximizes the player’s fitness and skill level! ADI offers Group and Individual Training. 

Speed Training – ADI offers speed and agility training for all sports and focuses on the most important distance in any sport 5 to 10 yards and first step quickness. ADI offers Group and Individual Speed Training.
Being faster, quicker and more agile is beneficial in any sport. Athletes take part in a carefully planned and personalized training program to increase speed and agility for athletes focused on the specific skill movements of their sport. This combined with proper technical development will help any athlete reach their individual potential in their desired sport.
